Dmitri Bogatenkov

Co-Founder - AI & Fintech Systems Architecture

Dmitri leads AI development and technical architecture at ForBroTeam. He has spent his career building the infrastructure behind banking and financial platforms, and he brings that same engineering discipline to AI agents, automation pipelines, and compliant systems for healthcare, finance, and SaaS companies. His core background is in machine learning and natural language processing.

He has built HIPAA-compliant healthcare automation, SOC 2-grade financial workflow systems, RAG pipelines for enterprise document processing, and multi-agent orchestration for business process automation. He writes about AI implementation on the ForBroTeam blog.

Sergei Bogatenkov

Co-Founder - Product, Design & Delivery

Sergei leads product design and delivery, building the interfaces and infrastructure that tie AI systems into how a business actually works. More than a decade in fintech, including senior leadership helping scale a European fintech into a global business.

He has designed and built AI-native interfaces, products from prototype to production, and integration layers connecting AI to CRMs, ERPs, and business tools. He also works on fintech compliance, product strategy, and go-to-market for technical founders.

Expertise: Product design, AI-native UX, React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, API integrations, fintech strategy and compliance, product strategy and prototyping.

How we work

ForBroTeam started in 2013 as a software and product development shop. Over the following decade we kept seeing the same bottlenecks at the businesses we worked with. Manual processes that could not scale. Disconnected systems that needed a person babysitting them. Tools that promised automation, then needed an expensive specialist to configure.

When large language models became capable enough for production workloads in 2023, we shifted focus entirely to AI automation. The problems we had watched companies struggle with for years had finally become solvable at reasonable cost.

We are a small team by design. Every project is handled directly by the founders, not handed off to junior staff after the sales call. We move faster that way, and we do not overengineer systems that your team will have to maintain after we leave.

What we build

We do AI automation and development, product design and development, and process optimization. Most projects touch all three. An AI agent that automates invoice processing needs to be built correctly, integrated into your accounting system, and designed so your team can actually use it without reading a manual.

Our clients are predominantly in healthcare, finance, SaaS, and fintech - industries where the automation opportunity is high and the compliance requirements are real. We do not treat HIPAA and SOC 2 as optional add-ons. When a project touches regulated data, we build the compliance architecture from day one.

Our approach

We do not start with tools. We start by understanding your process, your data, and your constraints. Most AI projects fail because someone bought a tool before they understood the problem. We map the workflow first, then scope the build around the places where automation actually pays for itself.

We will tell you if no-code automation solves your problem better than custom AI. We will tell you if your data is not ready for the system you want to build. And if the ROI math does not work, you will hear that too. The goal is a system that runs in production, not a prototype that looks good in a demo.
